September already! The farm store is now closed for the season. We'll re-open mid-June 2011. Many thanks to all our friends and customers, new and old, for continuing to make our business fun and interesting. We appreciate you!

Several exciting events occurred mid-summer that I'd like to share. First of all, we were featured on KVOS, the local Bellingham TV station. Marv demonstrates our distillation process in a video interview on "Experience North West by Deb Slater." We were also included in a story about Pacific NW wineries written by Linda Kissam. Linda and her husband dropped by to see the lavender farm while we were distilling and, even though distilling for lavender essential oil is a somewhat different process than wine-making, it still makes for a great story. Lastly, we are honored to be named as September 2010 Business of the Month by the Ferndale Chamber of Commerce! Wow!! What a way to wrap up the farm season!
